These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 66ab platform, including the website located at 66ab.ws, all associated mobile-accessible interfaces, the sports betting sportsbook, the online casino, the live casino, and all promotional activities operated under the 66ab brand (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by 66ab ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("you," "your," or "the Player"), and the Company. By completing the registration process and creating a 66ab account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

To register and maintain an account on the 66ab platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 66ab enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously had a 66ab account suspended or permanently closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 66ab or any of its associated companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds for all deposits and wagers placed on the Platform.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information submitted during registration may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 66ab platform. If you become aware that a duplicate account exists under your identity, you are obligated to notify 66ab support immediately. Maintenance of multiple accounts, whether intentional or otherwise, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your 66ab account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised that activity — is your responsibility.

• You must notify 66ab immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 66ab account.
• You must not access the Platform via automated means, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to gain an advantage over other players or the platform systems.

66ab will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential, except where such loss results from the Company's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

66ab accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time, and 66ab reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment channels at its discretion.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account that is not owned by the registered 66ab account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

66ab does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider. Deposits will only be credited to your 66ab balance once they have been confirmed by the relevant payment processor.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available 66ab PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to fund the account, as a default anti-money-laundering measure.

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Documentation required may include a government-issued CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals back to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed at the fastest available speed for verified accounts, typically within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.
• 66ab reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, consistent with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Players at the Gold loyalty tier benefit from priority withdrawal processing times as a tier benefit under the 66ab loyalty programme.

66ab reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 66ab will notify you and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

66ab offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made available. Players should review promotion-specific terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

The following general conditions apply to all 66ab bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion becomes available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount received. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is specified in the promotion terms.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live sports betting, specific live casino games, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
• 66ab reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All bets placed on the 66ab sportsbook and all wagers placed in the 66ab casino and slot sections are subject to the applicable game rules and betting rules in force at the time the bet or wager is placed. 66ab publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bets placed in error — for example, on the wrong selection or at an incorrect stake — cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where 66ab has published a specific error correction policy for the relevant market.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or platform interruption during an active bet or gaming session, 66ab will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. The Company's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game result is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• 66ab reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as a result of a pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• All cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, international series, and other cricket competitions — are subject to the cricket-specific market rules published in the sports section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change at 66ab's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66ab platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any balance or pending winnings may be forfeited at the Company's discretion:

• Creating or maintaining more than one 66ab account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by 66ab.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the handling of proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 66ab support immediately.
• Making chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering purposes.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.

66ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Company recognises that gambling can cause harm for some individuals and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly. These tools are available from within every registered 66ab account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until the applicable cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that appear on-screen after a specified gaming session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or logins can be made.
• Reality Checks: Optional notifications that remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session and the net result of their wagering activity in that session.

All 66ab responsible gaming tools and the policies that govern them are maintained in compliance with the requirements of our international gaming license and the standards set by our licensing authority's responsible gaming framework.

All content on the 66ab platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall platform design and layout — is the property of 66ab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 66ab.

• The 66ab name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use these marks without prior written authorisation.
• Third-party game content — including slot game titles, live casino studio content, and sports data — is licensed to 66ab and remains the intellectual property of the respective content providers.
• Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66ab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

66ab does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee that the information available on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current, although we do endeavour to maintain its accuracy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 66ab's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

66ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• At the player's own request, including via voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed by 66ab for reasons other than a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of due diligence checks. Where an account is closed due to a proven breach, 66ab reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit bonus funds and related winnings.

Players who wish to close their own 66ab account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 66ab support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 66ab holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process set out in this section.

In the event of a dispute, you must first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 66ab customer support. 66ab commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within three business days and to providing a substantive response within ten business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution service provided by 66ab's licensing authority, the procedures of which take precedence over any informal resolution process. 66ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 66ab will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date, is published on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Where you do not accept an amendment to the Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact the 66ab support team to request account closure. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
